Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.  Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.  To start a return, please contact us at cindygkohler@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.  If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your item(s). 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.

Please note: we cannot accept returns on custom or personalized items, gift cards or sale items. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method with 5 - 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
